• Booking Confirmation
    All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the time of check-in. No exceptions will be entertained.
  • Payment at Check-in
    Guests are required to clear the entire pending balance strictly at the time of check-in. Failure to do so may result in denial of accommodation.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    All advance payments made towards the booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.
  • Postponement / Date Change Policy
    Any request to postpone or change booking dates must be communicated at least 2–3 weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date and will be subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to approve or decline such requests.
  • Tariff & Policy Changes
    Tariffs and booking policies are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable tariff will be as per the confirmation received at the time of booking.
  • Force Majeure
    The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Children below 5 years are free, 5 to 10 year charge will be half, Above 10 years charge will be full.
  • One Day Check In : 9:00am & Check Out: 5:00pm.
  • Over Night Check In: 11:00am & Check Out: Next day 9:30am OR Check In: 5:30pm to Check Out: 4pm
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
  • Music prohibited post 10pm.
  • Outside food are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises.
  • Smoking is prohibited in room & all public areas of the hotel including public toilets.
  • Managment assumes no responsibility for personal items (such as car, jewellery, money, mobile, laptop, any cards, etc.) that are lost or damaged during your stay.
  • The following are required at Check-in for all guests: According to government regulations, all adults must carry one of these photo ID cards at the time of check-in: a driving license, voters card, passport, or Aadhar card. Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Online Payment Accepted - Mobile Payment, Credit Card Payment (3% Extra Charges) and Debit Card Payment (1% Extra Charges)
